The Story
On May 30th, Adam turned on IG Live with the intent to brew a cup of "Magic Beans" coffee supplied by Sol Kendamas and share his thoughts.
The driving notion behind the Live video was, "Can a Kendama company supply good coffee?"
Over the hour-long review, the conversation tilted toward talking Kendama culture and news. With an overwhelming response to repeat this endeavour a second time.
With a second "Brewview" under his belt on June 5th, 2020, Adam had reached out to Jake Shier, the owner of Live Ken League, to join him for an episode where they would discuss the story of LKL and the current state of the event.
This is when The Brewview really gained momentum. Following the episode with Jake, Sol Kendamas owner, Chad Covington joined the show and gave it the credibility it needed to gain more attention and attract future guests.
Since the episode with Chad, the Brewview has gone on to host guests from most major Kendama brands, including owners, players, and influencers.
Today, The Brewview still takes original shape on Instagram Live but is now streamed on most major Podcasting networks with a unique, studio-quality, intro and outro.
Though the structure has grown, the mission remains the same: to share Kendama news and culture over the warmth of coffee.
So, fill up your cup, and join me for this week's Brewview.

"Coffee, like Kendama, has a way of initiating a connection between two humans--a connection I desire to share with the world."
My Mission
Coffee, like Kendama, has a way of initiating a connection between two humans--a connection I desire to share with the world.
To me, Kendama is more than a ball and a cup. It is more than the tricks we perform. it is more than my individual progression. It is a conversation starter. The warmth of coffee and the uniqueness of Kendama create a space where deeper connection can take root.
Each day, I strive to make a genuine human connection and I hope to inspire the same in others.
